Our full coordination package caters to the couple that does not have time/energy to plan their big day. This package enables EMevents to be by your side every step of the way. The event created truly reflects the couple and allows you to enjoy a stress free journey to create your signature wedding.
Package Details
- General consultations on creative concept
- Preparation of initial budget
- Initial search for Venue
- Coordination/management of suppliers (timelines, load-in/load out, etc.)
- Coordination/Management of all Décor (rentals, flowers, A/V)
- Coordination/Management of all materials (invitations,
branding etc.) - Coordination/Management of all entertainment (band, DJ, speeches, etc.)
- Coordinate/manage wedding rehearsal in the week leading up-to the event
- On-site Coordination/Management on day of Event
including:- Set-up of the Reception Venue
- Coordinate/Manage all on-site suppliers
- Coordinate/manage the ceremony and entire evening of the Event
Staff Requirements: 1 head event coordinator + 2-3 assistants
Day of Coordination + Décor
This package caters to those that want to play a bigger role in the coordination of their own event, however need some guidance on the décor side along the way. After the décor consultations are complete, EMevents comes in 2-3 weeks prior to your event to offer you the support you need to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.
