  • General consultations on creative concept
  • Preparation of initial budget
  • Initial search for Venue
  • Coordination/management of suppliers (timelines, load-in/load out, etc.)
  • Coordination/Management of all Décor (rentals, flowers, A/V)
  • Coordination/Management of all materials (invitations,
    branding etc.)
  • Coordination/Management of all entertainment (band, DJ, speeches, etc.)
  • Coordinate/manage wedding rehearsal in the week leading up-to the event
  • On-site Coordination/Management on day of Event
    including:

    • Set-up of the Reception Venue
    • Coordinate/Manage all on-site suppliers
    • Coordinate/manage the ceremony and entire evening of the Event

Day of Coordination + Décor

This package caters to those that want to play a bigger role in the coordination of their own event, however need some guidance on the décor side along the way. After the décor consultations are complete, EMevents comes in 2-3 weeks prior to your event to offer you the support you need to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

Emilie Waxman, president and founder of EMevents, started her company eight years ago with her extensive knowledge and training in the event industry. Her passion for bringing clients’ visions to life drives her to plan private and corporate events in Montreal that are unlike any other.
