There is a big difference between having a wedding planned in your head and having everything ready for the actual day. With our full coordination service, we stay involved from the planning stage through to the event.
We begin by talking through your ideas and the kind of day you have in mind. From there, we can help organize the details, keep track of arrangements, and communicate with the people involved.
You do not have to give up control of your wedding. We work around your decisions and take care of the parts that are easier to manage with someone experienced handling them.

If you would like to plan most of your wedding yourself, you may not need full planning assistance. You might just want help with the décor and the final details.
We can talk through your ideas and help you decide how you want the space to look. Once those plans are settled, EMevents comes in around 2–3 weeks before the wedding.
That gives us time to go through the arrangements, check in with the vendors, and make sure everyone knows what is happening and when.

A lot of couples prefer to plan their own wedding. Once everything is booked and organized, though, someone still needs to keep an eye on the schedule when the day arrives.
For this service, we come on board roughly 2–3 weeks before your wedding. We review the arrangements you have already made and speak with the vendors involved. If something needs clarification before the event, we deal with it ahead of time.
On the wedding day, you should not have to leave your dinner table to answer a vendor’s question or check whether something has arrived.
